Well, I planned on getting up early before an appointment this morning and doing plyo. I also planned on winning the lottery.
I am usually fine with Plyo if I get to it early enough. The longer that I procrastinate, the less motivated I am. I finally got to it late in the afternoon. I had a phone call interrupt at one point, but other than that it was a good workout. I was able to do all the challenge moves (arms up, Dominic speed, etc.) and I maxed out at 170 in the HR department and burned 975 calories.
A good day. I'm looking forward to Biceps tomorrow, which is good, because I have been sluggish this week after a great last week!
