I'm ready!! Aren't I??

Well he has done it before.  I'm younger.  We'll see how it goes.  I have been doing Yoga for 4 months now, so hopefully the Yoga X won't be that much different.  I've been prepping for a long bike ride for the past year.  So the cardio days should be no problem......

Who am I kidding?  I've "watched" a few of the DVD's.  I'm in trouble.

I'll post some stats this weekend to get things going.  I have big goals for the X Challenge

Let's Get It Started!

So here's the plan. Two brothers, in two different cities plan a P90X Challenge. I've already done the complete program once, then let myself slip, tried to do it a few more times, but eventually waited for some external motivation. My little brother, also an aging athlete, decided he would give it a go. I'll give some more details on my previous ventures in a bit. Yes, it may seem that I have the advantage here, since I am older and wiser and all, and the fact that I've already been through this a few times. No surprises on my end.

Buuuut....There is something to be said for going through it with a fresh/new perspective. My younger brother will no doubt have the same motivation I had my first time through, where I went 90 days without missing a workout. (I even did a 91st day!). I have to rely on no tbeing shown up.

A few things. We won't be posting pictures. Can't explain why, just that it's not going to happen, so don't post comments asking why we haven't submitted pics. Sorry in advance. I hope we'll still be able to offer something by our insight into the program and we will definitely be putting up stats about our weight, body fat, measurements and such. So stay tuned!

The Brothers challenge starts on Monday, November 3rd. Hey, wait, that means we are going to be doing this on Thanksgiving and Christmas? Who picked this date anyway!
